The pounds and rolls of fat you want to lose a bit.
And what now?
Lose weight before wedding is not the most important thing, but we understand that you want to look good on your wedding day.
One bride does a lot of sports and the other bride is going to follow a diet program.
I often say that during the booking I hear the bride say, now I have to work on my figure, while I see thatIt seems to be a perhaps a trend that is considered in marriage, if I do not add, because the wedding dress will not fit later.
If you’ve always been on the chubby side and suddenly want a size 36 in a few months, that’s not really realistic.\u00a0<\/p>

Set a goal that is achievable in the time you have.
Maybe you should buy a wedding dress, no disaster can usually be adjusted.
Is it really necessary to lose weight?\u00a0<\/p>

An Israeli study also showed something very interesting for us women: chocolate at breakfast can make you waste more!\u00a0<\/p>

Two groups were monitored in the study.\u00a0One of the groups gets a piece of chocolate cake at breakfast, the other group a high-protein diet.\u00a0<\/p>

The number of calories was the same for both groups during the rest of the day.\u00a0After 16 weeks both groups had lost the same amount, but the chocolate group continued to lose weight where the protein group arrived again.\u00a0<\/p>

Now do not sweat whole chocolate cakes in the mornings, because if something seems too good to be true then this is usually too.
If I had to lose weight I would eat healthy and exercise and not follow diet programs, but that is my opinion.\u00a0<\/p>

With movement and responsible food you stay in shape!
For me, every bride or groom is unique and every couple is unique.
It does not matter if you are fat or small or petite.\u00a0More importantly, you are happy.\u00a0I have had several couples for my lens and always enjoyed the friendly couples during my work, as a wedding photographer.
